Building community is in our DNA. It drives the success of our AIR Gives philanthropic program, which gives teammates 15 paid hours each year to volunteer for causes near and dear to their hearts; and it informs our responsibility to be a good neighbor, inspiring us to foster strong partnerships with elected officials, community stakeholders, and cultural and industry partners.

Park Towne Place Art Program

Listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, Park Towne Place in Philadelphia offers a robust and award-winning art program. AIR Communities also partnered with the City of Philadelphia and the Parkway Council to host an art event at The Oval, a summertime pop-up festival.

Supporting Scholars in Affordable Housing

In partnership with the National Leased Housing Association, AIR has donated $1.4 million since 2006 to provide 644 students with scholarship funds.

AIR aims to offer more than just comfortable, inviting apartment homes – we want to provide opportunities to foster connections and create memorable moments. AIR offers resident event programming at communities across the country, including art classes, movie nights, cooking classes, and more.

For over 10 years, AIR has sponsored the AIR Housing Impact award in partnership with the Los Angeles Business Council (LABC), celebrating individuals who have made a positive impact to improve housing in California.
